-Jus’ Beachy (Peckers Pub) has downsized to a single storefront at the same location at 1350 Ocean Shore Blvd.
-Espos restaurant is now open at 1064 Ocean Shore Blvd.
–The City of Ormond beach is planning to build a floating dock 150 feet into the river at Cassen park, allowing boats to dock on either side. Cassen Park is at the southwest corner of the granada bridge. Completion is scheduled for 2018.
-The drawbridge on Orange Ave. (Silverbeach Ave. from A1A) is being dismantled and replaced with a high rise bridge. Completion is planned for 2019.
