BUSINESS BRIEFS
-The House of Donuts at 1350 Ocean Shore blvd has a new owner and there may be some changes to the menu coming.
-O’Hara’s Irish Pub is to open soon at 1474 Ocean Shore Blvd, the former location of the Seadrift Tavern. The new Pub will also occupy the unit next to it.
-Crabby Chris BBQ is open at 1760 Ocean Shore Blvd, the former location of chupacabras.
-A surf shop is planned for the old ABC building at 1368 Ocean Shore Blvd.
LOCAL NOTES
-The Argosy Motel at 1255 Ocean Shore blvd(across from Publix) is being torn down after operating for 61 years. The County purchased the property to develop off beach parking.
-2015 wall Calendars are available at the Ocean View Realty Group office at 1350 Ocean Shore Blvd. Stop in and get one when you can and say hi to our friendly staff.
